1. Studio Services
Studio SV offers brow services, lash lifts, and makeup application, including on-location bookings for competitions and shoots. All services are available by appointment only and subject to availability.
Bookings can be made online via our booking platform. By booking a service, you agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policies (see Section 3).

2. Products
We offer studio-tested, artist-approved brow products designed to enhance your daily beauty routine. All purchases are subject to availability and are for personal use only.

3. Bookings, Cancellations & No-Show Policy
• A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours for all brow and lash services.
Makeup Services require a booking fee to be paid to secure all appointments, this is non refundable and non transferable for any reason.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in the full service fee being charged.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at your cost.

4. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 1-3 Business days
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
• Studio SV is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. If you experience an issue, please contact us.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on beauty products unless they are damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue with your order.
Service fees are non-refundable once rendered.
